Welcome to my Spring Home Tour! My house is decorated for spring with simple and neutral decor for the season ahead. Come inside and I’ll show you around!
This week I am joining some incredibly talented bloggers and sharing our homes decorated for spring. There is a ton of inspiration to be found. So, grab a cup of tea, coffee or wine and enjoy!
I am Ashley, small business owner, wife and mom to two young kids. Our family lives in the suburbs of San Francisco I own a clothing and home decor store called Flaunt. When I am not working at the shop you can find me over here sharing my latest projects.
My husband is a contractor and we have been updating our California ranch since we moved in over 10 years ago. It seems we always have a project going on – follow along as we tackle our home renovation one project at a time!
So today, I am joining Krista from The Happy Housie and 28 bloggers to share our Spring home tours! If you came over from Cherished Bliss, thank you for coming by! Ashley always has the most creative home ideas.
Spring Home Tour
Over the years I have definitely simplified my home decor style. I have learned how to pick items that can transition through the seasons smoothly and go with different styles.
By keeping my home decor simple and neutral, it allows me to add in a few inexpensive seasonal items for each season.
I love these DIY Painted Robins Eggs that I made a few weeks ago. They were simple to make from a $3 carton of craft eggs and some paint.
You can read the full step by step tutorial HERE.
Last week I shared 5 Simple Ways To Update Your Home For Spring. All of the ideas are so easy and budget friendly too!
And I shared my favorite source for inexpensive vintage art that you won’t want to miss! You can check out the full post HERE.
Spring Mantel Decor
My spring mantel this year features a few bunnies and fresh spring greenery. The result is a look that is cute and easy to replicate!
Real or faux greenery is such an easy way to decorate your home for spring. And it makes the space feel renewed and fresh for the season ahead!
Easter Table Setting
Moving along on my spring home tour is my dining room. This room is part of our great room and I had so much fun creating this beautiful Natural Style Easter Table.
I also created this Living Centerpiece for Spring that was simple to put together and I shared a full step-by-step tutorial. You won’t believe how easy it is to make!
Simple and inexpensive updates to your home for spring can breathe new life into your space and make it feel refreshed for the season ahead.
I haven’t gotten around to decorating my front porch for spring, but I can’t wait to tackle that project next. I haven’t updated it since the holidays – ugh! Is anyone else kind of stuck like I am?
Sometimes it takes me a few months to fully recover from the holiday hangover and get moving when it comes to our outdoor spaces.
In the meantime, here is one of my favorite wreaths from last year. This DIY Moss Wreath is the perfect punch of bright green for your front door.
Thank you for checking out my spring home tour! Next up on the tour tomorrow is Cassie Bustamante. Enjoy all the inspiration the whole week long!
