Supplies Needed to Make A Spring Basket Arrangement
To make this spring basket arrangement, you will need just a few supplies. I found almost all the items on Amazon and I have linked them here for you.
- Hanging Basket
- 3 Faux Daffodil Bundles
- 1 Cherry Blossom Stem
- Faux Roses
- Pussy Willow Branch (or other branch from your yard)
- Silk Ribbon
How To Make A Basket Door Wreath
Gather your supplies and start filling the basket with the daffodil bundles. I used 3 for this spring basket arrangement. You can use crumpled tissue paper or packing material to fill the bottom of the basket and hold your stems in place.
Next, add in a few rose stems and cherry blossom branches. And finally, add a few found branches from your yard or pussy willow branches in the back of your arrangement.
Finish your basket arrangement by tying a pretty silk ribbon around the front of the basket.
How To Hang A Basket On Your Door
The easiest part of making this spring basket wreath is the basket I used here and linked above has a rope hanger on the back! Simply hang the basket on a wreath hanger on your front door. Alternatively, you can use a command strip or small nail. I have a nail on our front door to make hanging wreaths easier and more secure.
If you are using a different basket, you can use some floral wire to create a loop through one of the spaces in-between the rattan or wicker. Use the wire loop to hang your basket wreath on your front door.
