Happy Friday! This week has been a whirlwind. I am finally recovered from Charley’s birthday party and I can’t wait to share with you all the pictures! It was so nice getting back into a routine, although that is going to change again as soon as school is out in 2 weeks! While out and about this week I found some great pieces I want to share with you for Friday Favorites – my finds this week.

While shopping for a client this week I found these pillows at Target! All priced under $30, they are soft and I love the mix of patterns! These would be such a great update for your sofa for the summer months!

I picked up this cup at the Nordstrom Sale. The saying is absolutely perfect lately. Coffee is my constant companion, especially since I perfected the perfect Iced Latte!

How amazing is this sign? I love the mix of fonts together and the simple, yet rustic frame. My sister just recently picked up one from the same artist that reads “Kind is Cool”. Obsessed!

I have been wearing this J.Crew tee on repeat lately. It is so soft and has the perfect loose, but slim fit! And the color is super cute too!

These AG jeans are soft as butter and are the perfect color with the right amount of distressing! I am tempted to get another pair because I know I will wear these into the ground!

These adorable flats are perfect for running around with the kids and grabbing lunch with girlfriends. I love the color and the fringe! They remind me of my favorite shoe designer but at a fraction of the price! The perfect summer flat.
